First things first, I am a Cardinal through and through. I grew up just a few blocks from Kingston Elementary and attended school here K-12. I am proud of the academic and athletic traditions of excellence here at Kingston. I was a member of several athletic teams when I attended school here and coached JV and Varsity Football from 2010-2015.
After graduating from Kingston, I attended Saginaw Valley State University. I graduated from SVSU in May 2013 with my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and Minors in Mathematics and Integrated Science. In the fall of 2015, I returned to SVSU to begin working toward my Masters Degree in Education and completed it in May 2017.
In July 2015, I married my wife, Tessa. She is a social worker in Tuscola county. Her and I both share a deep passion for improving the lives of our area youth. In our spare time, we both enjoy being outdoors, completing home improvement projects together and spending time with our family, including our daughters, Blair and Brynn, and our dog Marshall.
